Prior to her career in consulting, Lori was the Vice President of Business Development and Service Quality at Saskatoon Airport, Director of Business Development for Western Ag, and the Director of Communications at the Regina Airport.
Todd Brandt
Todd provides expert-level strategic development, bringing in tourism industry best practices from his long-standing career in the industry. With 22 years of direct destination management experience as the President & CEO of Tourism Saskatoon, Todd was recognized with the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award by the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC).
Steve Nicol
Steve Nicol graduated from UBC with MBA and BA degrees and is registered as a Certified Management Consultant with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. He has conducted more than 120 tourism consulting assignments covering destination development plans, strategic plans, marketing studies, economic studies, business plans and feasibility analyses since 1986.
Lynn Flury
Lynn is a Director at Globex Management, a hotel management and business solutions company based in Saskatoon. Lynn has over 30 years' experience in mid-level to senior roles in the tourism and hospitality industries, working in operational management, product development and marketing.
Trevor Broughton
Trevor brings over 14 years of experience in developing marketing strategies to drive growth. He was the Director of Leisure Marketing at Tourism Saskatoon for five years and, prior to that, led the marketing behind the Shakespeare on the Saskatchewan Festival in Saskatoon.
Simone Carlysle-Smith
Simone is the principal for Carlysle & Co. With over 30 years of experience in project management and marketing. For the last 20 years, she has specialized in rural community tourism in British Columbia and has worked with over 50 communities in her career.
Chad Munchinsky
Chad has over 25 years of aviation experience from airlines to airports. A University of Saskatchewan graduate in commerce, Chad has diverse leadership in business development, community relations, marketing and operations at Saskatoon, Kelowna and Abbotsford airports. Residing in Fort Langley, British Columbia, Chad is focused on the A-Z of aviation, delivering creative and adept strategies to his field of profession.

With certifications in psychology, professional writing for marketing and public relations, and user experience (UX) design, Jess has a robust skillset that helps her support clients in crafting meaningful and seamless experiences. A social scientist, Jess understands the importance of strategy and planning, balancing these against authentic human connection.
