Destinate Group provides an umbrella brand of project collaboration, coaching and administrative support to help your independent consultancy thrive. You can maintain your independence but you’ll no longer be on your own.
Destinate Group enables consultants to work for themselves, leveraging Destinate’s umbrella of support. First, Destinate provides team opportunities to consult on larger, multi-disciplinary projects that solo consultants could not deliver on their own. This means that you will never feel like an island again. We then connect you with a team of diverse consulting experts. And, to further help you out, we provide a foundation of administrative and business strategy support for your consultancy.
Destinate’s support services assist you in starting, growing and maintaining your consultancy. To this end, we provide business development, branding, project management, strategic planning tools and administrative support. Our systems and support help you maximize your time and reduce your overhead. In other words, you can focus on what you do best: paid client work. Consultants across Canada have quickly bought into this model as a new way forward for their careers.
Who are we looking for?
Destinate Group recruits consultants based on four main areas:
Ethos: Alignment with the vision, mission and values of Destinate Group.
Experience and Education: Our ideal consultants have a minimum of 10 years of experience in their area. To support this experience, our consultants have certifications, diplomas/degrees and/or training related to their specialty.
Location: As a proudly Canadian-owned and operated company, our consultants all reside in Canada.
